PC Agent makes it possible for you to monitor and record user activities unnoticed and store this in log-files. This log-files are fully searchable for specific keywords and can be send compressed and encrypted to a shared resource in the network, to a FTP account or to a predefined email address.    Sent and received emails and News as well as authentications

The following emails and authentications are recorded:

• eMails, sent via SMTP-protocol (Port: 25, 465 bzw. 587)
• eMails, received via POP3-protocol (Port: 110 bzw. 995)
• eMails, received via IMAP-protocol (Port: 143 bzw. 993)
• News, sent and received via NNTP-protocol (Port: 119 bzw. 563)

The following authentications with email servers are recorded:

• Passwords and user names for SMTP-authentications
• Passwords and user names for POP3-authentications
• Passwords and user names for IMAP-authentications
• Passwords and user names for News-authentications

Note:
- Emails, sent by the monitoring process, are not recorded.
- Sent emails about a web-being based service are recorded under HTTP-Post.
- Received emails about a web-being based service are not recorded.
- Sent and received emails to/from a MS Exchange server are not recorded.
