The following sent and received emails and News are recorded:
- eMails, sent via SMTP-protocol (Port: 25, 465 bzw. 587)
- eMails, received via POP3-protocol (Port: 110 bzw. 995)
- eMails, received via IMAP-protocol (Port: 143 bzw. 993)
- News, sent and received via NNTP-protocol (Port: 119 bzw. 563)
Furthermore following authentications are recorded:
- Passwords and user names for SMTP-authentications on port: 25, 465
bzw. 587
- Passwords and user names for POP3-authentications on port: 110 bzw.
995
- Passwords and user names for IMAP-authentications on port: 143 bzw.
993
- Passwords and user names for News-authentications on port: 119 bzw.
563
Please note:
- Emails, sent by the monitoring process, are not recorded.
- Sent emails about a web-based service are recorded under HTTP-Post.
- Received emails about a web-based service are not recorded.
- Sent and received emails to/from a MS Exchange server are not recorded.
