The records will be stored in the FTP account,as soon as the predefined value for the size of the files is reached or a predefined time and the FTP server is reachable.
The following settings are required:
- FTP server
Hostname or IP-address of the FTP-Server. The used port are 21. If the server is accessible on a different port or should be used explicitly a specific port, enter the port separated by a colon (:) like ftp.server.net:999.
- User
The user name to the FTP account.
- Password
The password to the FTP account.
The files have the extension *.pca and can be opened with the control-center or the PC Agent Viewer.

The following settings are optional:
Passive mode
The use of the passive mode is recommended.
Explicit encryption
The connection to the server is encrypted, if the server supports it. Otherwise, the connection is unencrypted. If the "Explicit encryption" is activated, the connection is encrypted only. If the "Explicit encryption" is activated and the server not support encryption, the records can not be sent.
Check for Internet connection
If the standard connection is a dialup connection, it is possible that the dial-up dialog is displayed, if an Internet connection should be established. To avoid this, enable this option.
Automatic configuration of the Windows-Firewall
Creates an exception for the monitoring process in the rules of the Windows firewall for outbound connections.
