How to uninstall the monitoring?

The software is reported by an anti-virus software?
If the control-center reported or deleted by an anti-virus software, then you have the following options:
- Download the latest version of the control-center.
- Add the control-center to the exceptions in the anti-virus software.
- Copy the control-center on a removable storage device like USB stick and set the file attribute to read-only.
- While you are working with the control-center, then stop the anti-virus software in the meantime.
- If you have purchased a license key, then you can download the software in the Customer-Center.
Can I use the license key on multiple systems?
It is not allowed to use the licence key at the same time on multiple systems. The license key must be removed or the software must be uninstalled, when the license key should be used on another system. The license key will be deactivated if he is used at the same time on multiple systems.

Where I can find the control-center?
The control-center can be downloaded from the download page:
Customers, who have already purchased a license key for a previous version, can download the software in the Customer-Center. After the download, then the control-center is located in a directory on your computer. This directory is dependent on the browser you use. Copy the control-center to another directory or to a removable storage device like USB stick.
How to deactivate the warning?
In the unlicensed version appears a warning about the use of this software. This warning can be deactivated, after entering a valid license key.
